Primary & Secondary School. Applications after the closing date
Applications received after the closing dates will not be considered in the initial round of allocations. These places will be allocated after all on-time applications have been processed.
If your application is late the chances of getting allocated a preferred school are greatly reduced as all the places at your preferred school may already be allocated.
You also risk being allocated a place at a school that you do not want.
Where a place cannot be offered at a preferred school, the local authority will invite you to apply for places at the schools which have indicated that they have places available.
To apply you will need to complete the common application form, available from Croydon Council or the Croydon Family Information Service.
Refer to the guidance in Applying for primary school and Applying for secondary school
Please try to get your application in on time!
